Did you know that Shaker Heights has a community-based baseball league that serves nearly 300 families with children aged 5 to 17? Across the country, many communities no longer have a league like SYBL in their community where children can have fun, learn the game of baseball, and grow in their skills.

As we approach the 2024 season, our board members are diligently working to ensure SYBL continues to be a dynamic and affordable experience for young people in our community. Still, SYBL needs a little bit of help from community members like you to sustain recreational youth baseball in Shaker Heights.

We would like to invite you to partner with SYBL as a sponsor for our 2024 season.

Sponsorship levels range from $250 to $2,500 and allow the community to know that an individual, group, or business supports youth sports through public recognition of their sponsorship.

Here are the details:

Sponsorship donations are due by February 29, 2024, but you can make your tax-deductible sponsorship donation even earlier if you would like. Shaker Youth Baseball League (SYBL) is a nonprofit public charity recognized as tax-exempt by the Internal Revenue Service under Section 501(c)(3). Our Federal Tax ID number is 90-0725971. Sponsorship is tax-deductible within the limits allowed by the IRS.

To commit to sponsorship, please complete this online form, where you will clarify if you would like to make your sponsorship donation via credit card or check. Those who select credit card will receive a link to do so within a few business days. Checks should be made payable to “Shaker Youth Baseball League” and sent via U.S. Mail to Shaker Youth Baseball League, c/o Terry Friguglietti, 3655 Sutherland Rd., Shaker Heights, OH 44122, ATTN: Sponsorship.
